Tokyo- Asakusa and Odaiba

For Dan and Shelley's first day in Tokyo we started off in Asakusa- the old pleasure quarters. We visited the famous temple and enjoyed festival food lunch before heading off for a boat cruise of Tokyo Harbour and then over to Odaiba, the harbour front of Tokyo famous for its stolen buildings, such as the Statue of Liberty (if the real Statue is the same size, I am going to be very, very disappointed!) Then, what day in Tokyo would be complete without a visit to the Hard Rock Cafe, and my first adventure into Roppongi- not as scandalous as I might have hoped, but we did have really yummy nachos! (At least, yummy for a Canadian girl like me!)
