Matsuyama Jo- The Walk There
One of the famous sights on Shikoku is Matsuyamajo (castle). It is one of Japan's few original castles. Now, because of my terrible fear of heights I refused to ride this:
the normal route to the castle, so instead Zach and I hiked to the castle. It turned out to be a beautiful (and surprisingly short) hike up. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom while we were in Shikoku, which made everything exceptionally beautiful.
Also, by walking it meant that we were able to find this, so that Zach could fulfill his lifelong dream of becoming an English teacher!
