Arashiyama
Even before we came to Japan I wanted to go to see the bamboo forests in Arashiyama, in Kyoto, so we decided this was the trip! We headed out by train, and didn't get to the forests, but we did find this cool temple with a beautiful garden! The weather was great- it was even hot!!
